Shipping & Exchanges Policy
All shipments within the USA may take 3-5 business days ( No Holidays & No Weekends).
Please ensure your order is 100% correct before submitting, there will be no order changes allowed after your payment has been submitted.
All sales are final, there are absolutely No Refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or for a different item of equal or greater value. send us an email at [email protected]
All hair types are exempt from being returned. Hair such as wigs, bundles, closures, lashes cannot be returned. We also do not accept hair products and hair tools.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Hair lace tint spray
- Edge Control
- Hair wax sticks
- All hair tool
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
DANA BELLE Hair is not responsible for lost, or stolen packages once they have been shipped from our warehouse.
Our exchange and returns policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
DANA BELLE Hair will not refund/exchange, or reship any order that shows as delivered by USPS or any other carrier.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
For exchange please contact us by email after you have received your package. All exchange will follow our exchange policy shown above.
If you have not received your replace item within 5-8 business days after you have received a tracking number, please contact us at [email protected]

International Shipping / APO / Military Address Shipments
International shipments May take up to 10 -14 business days from the date the package is shipped. Customer will be emailed a tracking number.
